Pros
Great providers and night core staff. Beautiful facility.
Cons
"Baby" travel nurses given far more power and responsibility than their experience warrants. Traveler DON/managers that are there for the money and not to improve the facility. Schedules are advertised as "self-scheduling"; however, that does not happen.
