I like the personal. Very friendly, very helpful. I was a floater so I was able to go to many floors, and they are all different environments but definitely nice and inviting. The Elite house is subpar, but fee3sible and right down the street from the hospital. Literally a block away.

I did not have any cons. I loved it there.
