This was a nice small hospital that catered to patients as if it were a 4-star hotel, thus earning the nickname The Chilton Hilton. The staff was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, as a traveler, we would always be the first to float to other units that were inadequately staffed. The majority of the time nurse to patient ratio was unsafe due to insufficient staffing and high acuity levels of patients. Just like every other hospital, their profit was more important than patient safety. Nurses’ licenses were in jeopardy because of the unsafe working condition from lack of help. 
One of the nice perks there was the free employee fitness center.

The Chilton Hilton

The work is not hard.  The volume is not a lot in my opinion. 2 CT scanners back to back with a third in the works. The staff is difficult. They’ve had a very hard time hiring and keeping new hires. 

I did not have a great experience in how I was treated.
