About 90% of the staff are new grades. Charge Nurse just sits in the office and gossips about staff. Doesn't help but wants to talk behind RNs back about not properly taking care of a hemorrhaging patient with a hgb of 6. But never addresses the RN or writes them up for supposedly "neglecting care". She was just mad because said RN called them out on not having emergent pRBCs on hand. Instead was pushing NS boluses until pt was transported to a hospital that had the actual staff to deal with her complications.
