Not friendly to travelers. Limited experience of the ED staff with a general high acuity pt population. At times unsafe staffing ratios. 5-6:1 with the use of hall beds & chairs. ONE nurse station located at the front of the ED causing  the majority of the  assingment areas to be very “detached” from the body of the ED, where all providers & charge RN are located.
