The staff was very friendly and helpful. Because of how small the hospital is, it's easy to communicate with all parts of the interdisciplinary team,
Cons
Because of the small size of the hospital, caseload tends to be low and of lower acuity which can make the days go by slowly. Healthcare workers looking to build more advanced skills may not find that opportunity here.
