Based on My personal understanding They lie to terminate your contract. I believe They also under pay as much as they can that’s what I found out after meet my replacement person from another agency. They wanted me to work in side facility but they had issue finding chaperone. The Astoria people and doctors are amazing to work with. That’s the only best thing keeps you going. Nothing is hurting me more than false accusations. Don’t go there. The management look very sweet and nice but they’re liars.
