Comanche County Medical Center (CCMC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is part of a growing rural Texas health system serving Comanche, Erath and surrounding counties. The system features a 25-bed critical access hospital (CAH), 24/7 Level-4 emergency department, surgery, large primary care doctors clinic, retail pharmacies, physical therapy, swing bed skilled nursing care, medical home visits, wellness centers and community health programs. Services include: primary care, family medicine, physician specialists, general surgery, digital imaging and radiology, laboratory, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, respiratory therapy, chronic care management, occupational and physical therapy, outpatient infusion therapy, diabetes management, wound care clinic, cancer and lung screenings, and occupational health. Physician specialists from other cities see patients at CCMC in the areas of Cardiology, Dermatology, Gynecology, Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT), General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics and Podiatry.
