      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position requiring a NH or compact RN license and strong independent ICU skills.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Position is in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting</li><li>Night shifts, Friday through Sunday, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM</li><li>12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week</li><li>Patient population includes a variety of critical care cases, with CVICU experience strongly preferred</li><li>Use of advanced critical care equipment including balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, artic sun/TTM management, Alaris pumps, and rapid infuser</li><li>Floating required to ED, Stepdown, Med Surg (with modified assignment), and potentially Behavioral Health</li><li>Travelers may be assigned to additional local hospital campuses</li><li>Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required</li><li>Weekly orientation is provided</li><li>Perm staff may return as travelers after a 12-month break in service</li><li>Three references (with two from leadership) are required upon offer</li><li>Will accept local candidates; those within a 50-mile radius will receive a local rate</li><li>Travelers must be comfortable floating to additional units or campuses as needed</li></ul>
