Great place to work. The hospital cares for its staff: core and travelers. Small community hospital but worth the experience.
Cons
You may, on rare occasions be offered to go home early due to low census. But very, very rarely.

Very traveler friendly! Great nurse to patient ratios and administration that comes to work the floor when staffing is short. I stayed a year and would happily come back!
