      <p>American Traveler is seeking a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist with vascular certification and at least one year of experience for a short-term acute care assignment.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in a vascular ultrasound department within a short-term acute care hospital</li><li>Level II Trauma Center with 379 staffed beds</li><li>Day shift schedule, 5x8 hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM</li><li>Average caseload of 8 vascular studies per day</li><li>On-call and weekend shifts required as needed</li><li>No floating between units required for this position, but travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state per policy</li><li>EMR system used is Epic; experience required</li><li>Transcranial Doppler experience preferred</li><li>Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and cannot reside within 50 miles of the facility</li><li>Travelers are expected to float to other facilities within the state as needed</li><li>Minimal to no requested time off is preferred; all RTO or scheduling requests must be discussed prior to offer</li><li>Returning and first-time travelers are eligible for consideration</li><li>Solid navy blue scrubs are required for licensed personnel; print tops are not permitted except in designated departments</li><li>Free parking is available in designated employee and visitor lots</li></ul>
