As a traveler I was there a year nice place to work med surg ratio 1-6 on my floor some are 1-5 full time staff don’t usually my helping

Great work environment, everyone is very nice and easy to work with for the most part. Health insurance is lacking severely. Very overpriced for what you get. That is the biggest complaint.

They do not properly take care of the staff. Full breaks and lunches are nonexistent. There is no teamwork whatsoever! You will be overworked and sick from lack for rest. Although some of the techs and nurses are amazing the management and charges aren’t!

I was told by management that they did not want to have travelers in their OR and they could not accommodate any schedule requests. My contract differed from the one they had and even though I know that’s my company’s fault, management was not sympathetic at all and refused to grant any of my requests. Staff and surgeons were good to work with. Management was poor.

Not traveler friendly

No respect for certification, no teamwork, the manager worked on her own favoritism and does not know how to build a team or keep people motivated
