I worked in acute care and there was usually good ratios (except during Covid but we can’t count that). They don’t usually send people home for low census which is amazing. The nurse is the RT, nurse, aide, and sometimes pharmacy tech rolled into one. I got lots of experience here

There scheduling was horrible- but I’ve heard that they have someone new in management so it may be better. The EMR was the worst thing on the planet. Building is old and wasn’t upkept well through the years so pipes would burst and strange smells would come through the sink
