Great teamwork, the providers are excellent.

The staff to patient ratio can get overwhelming at times. I’ve had an upwards of 7-8patients sometimes up to 10 overnights.

Convenient location. Small hospital so the patient assignment is light.
Cons
I have never worked in a hospital with more racist and homophobic staff. The hospital also makes travelers precept their new staff and work as charge RN every single shift. Charting system is so old that the company who wrote it no longer exists - not even joking. So many safety violations and outright illegal behavior. Bottom line - not a safe thing place for a nurse to work.
