I love Edward-Elmhurst (Endeavor) Health as a company in the actual hospital and for their benefits. But my time at their immediate care location was awful. I was not treated with respect and my coworkers frequently talked about each other behind their backs. The dynamic was toxic and unwelcoming with a huge emphasis on seniority being more important than teamwork. It’s not an environment I would want to be in long term and it was detrimental to my mental health.
