Lack of communication from management.   Seem to struggle with changes in case load, react instead of planning.   Staff concerns seem to go unnoticed.

This was my first assignment and I was verbally and then physically attacked by one of my co workers. I was bullied as a woman of color by the co worker and nothing was done about it . Eventually it led to a physical assault and I quit. I have not returned to Indiana since. They need to be retrained on bullying and racism in the work place .
