This is a good hospital. Good work environment and nice staff. Only cons are they don’t like to give references; will only say if you worked there or not. The other drawback is that they OVER CHART. Other than that, they are a good contract.

Job Details:
• Work 4x10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM 
• Call requirement: 1 weekend per month, 4-5 weekdays total (rotating) 
• No floating required 
• Minimum 2 years of experience required 
• Unit does not accept first-time travelers 
• Travel experience required 
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS 
• Preferred certifications: ARRT VI, PACS 
• Valid New Hampshire state license required 
• Blue scrubs provided 
• Must have C-ARM experience and hybrid OR experience 
• Work with special equipment: Siemens Icono Biplane, Siemens Pheno 
• Perform interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, gastrostomy tube placement, and various catheter/drain procedures 
• Handle both scrub and circulating procedures 
• Work with patients of all age groups: pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics 
• Maintain sterile field and perform equipment setup 
• Use vascular closure systems and follow isolation precautions 
• Former employees of any facility associated with Solution Health are not eligible

 American Traveler is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist with ARRT and BLS certification for advanced interventional procedures, with Epic experience required.
 
 <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
 <ul><li>Work in an interventional radiology unit caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients</li><li>Perform a wide range of interventional radiology, vascular, and special procedures</li><li>Common procedures include angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, nephrostomy, thrombolysis/thrombectomy, IVC filter placement, vertebroplasty, TIPS, and complex central venous access</li><li>Utilize specialized equipment including Siemens ICONO Biplane and Siemens Pheno</li><li>Experience required with C-arm, hybrid OR environments, and fluoroscopy</li><li>Shift schedule is 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM</li><li>Call requirement is one weekend per month and 4-5 weekday evenings per month on a rotating basis</li><li>No floating required between units</li><li>Duties include procedure prep, room circulation, scrubbing and maintaining sterile field, vascular closure, and patient monitoring</li><li>Work in a multidisciplinary team with rapid response and isolation precaution protocols</li><li>Work attire is blue scrubs, provided by facility</li><li>Position requires working with peds, adult, and geriatric patient groups</li><li>Holiday coverage may be required as scheduled</li><li>Local candidates within 50 miles accepted at a local rate</li><li>Candidates with community, teaching, trauma level I/II or LTAC hospital experience are preferred</li></ul>
