I loved the BHU unit. Jill Foster is the best manager ever. I had the best experience in my career. Very organized, professional, and caring unit and hospital. Highly recommended.  I was 9 months in FMH, and I loved every single day.

Amazing Hospital and Staff

Very good patient ratio for staff, other disciplines were pleasant and helpful when I floated or they floated. Decent EHR system (Cerner). Very safe with good security who are regularly present and available. Cafeteria is a little above average for day shift, a little below average on nights. Working behavioral health at FMH was truly the best nursing job.
