Great manager who really worked with me and my schedule after I had a death in the family. There wasn't any OT for travelers, standard contract pay, which at that time was starting to go down everywhere. Good crew of nurses that I do miss. They were experimenting with tele-nurses in a few rooms, just FYI. Ratios were 5:1 always, but they were just starting to add a 6th patient near the end of the contract. The medsurg floor truly was post surgery. Rare to get the very complicated patient. Also, they do have 2 rooms set up to take prisoners. Guards always come with, and since I've always worked large hospitals, this was nothing new to me.

            <ul><li>Position is based in a hospital CT Scan department</li><li>Work hours are 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM</li><li>13-week contract assignment</li><li>May care for adult and geriatric patient populations</li><li>Must pass EKG test on site with up to 2 attempts allowed; can reapply in 30 days if necessary</li><li>Local candidates permitted but must reside at least 50 miles from the facility for full travel eligibility; locals at a reduced rate</li><li>Typical CT Technologist responsibilities include operating CT scanners, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring quality imaging</li><li>Dress code and orientation details will be discussed during onboarding</li></ul>
