 American Traveler is seeking an experienced Sonographer for a 13-week acute care contract with strong echocardiography skills and required certifications.
 
 <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
 <ul><li>Work in an acute care setting specializing in echocardiography</li><li>Day shift, 10 hour shifts scheduled</li><li>13-week contract assignment</li><li>Utilizes Cerner as the EMR system</li><li>Expectation to perform advanced echocardiography procedures in an acute environment</li><li>12 hours of orientation provided</li><li>May be required to float within appropriate clinical scope if facility policy applies</li><li>Dress code or scrub color not specified</li></ul>
 
 <h2>Requirements</h2>
 <ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of sonography experience required</li><li>Active state license required if applicable; pending licenses will not be accepted</li><li>BLS (AHA) and RDCS certification required</li><li>Experience with Cerner preferred</li><li>Copy of driver’s license required for consideration</li><li>Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one supervisor or peer from within the last 3 years including employment dates and rehire eligibility</li></ul>
