Enjoyed my time on the neuro ICU unit. Friendly unit, and everyone is willing to jump in & lend a hand. Staffing ratios can extend to 3:1, but it was rare, and the patients were usually borders. Felt I had the resources to be successful and was rarely floated to the floor or other ICU units.
