CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:
• Work 4x10 hour shifts from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM 
• Off weekends with weekend call every 4th weekend 
• Minimal call during the week 
• Work Memorial Day shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM 
• 2 years of experience required 
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology required 
• Operate CT scanners, power injectors and computer systems under general supervision of radiologist 
• Perform CT procedures and post-processing using advanced technology based on clinical criteria and established protocols 
• Maintain knowledge to operate different CT systems at multiple locations 
• Perform CT interventional procedures and CTA imaging including carotid, head, vertebral, run-offs, and PE studies 
• Execute advanced CTA studies such as TAVR and EVAR procedures 
• Maintain protocols based on ImageGently Guidelines and dose monitoring programs 
• Ensure proper patient preparation, positioning, immobilization, and protective shielding 
• Maintain working knowledge of pharmacology, physiology, and physics related to CT imaging 
• Provide care for patients across all age ranges in assigned clinical area 
• Work independently in clinical environment while following organization policies and procedures
