Pros
I loved working there! I was there for almost a year. If I could’ve stayed there longer I would’ve, but unfortunately as a traveler, I had to go back home at some point 😞 great staff in the ER. We had lots of laughs together, in a very, very busy Level 1 trauma center, it made the nights doable! Lots of great clinical cases come your way there, if you love trauma (like I do) go there!! Tons of residents, ER docs are great… great place to work!!!
Cons
Just the normal like every other place, short staffing, sometimes larger assignments. But honestly that’s it and that’s everywhere. If you’re an ER nurse it’s a great place to work!
