Every place has their own way of doing things, majority of the staff is willing to work together. Unfortunately, like most places, there are always a few sour apples amongst the group. Those pharmacists will try to treat you like you're the help, and a couple of techs will try to get you to do their work. Ask a lot of questions because multiple people will have you doing things, which could ultimately take away from you doing your own work. They're the quick to point fingers instead of trying to resolve an issue. The overall experience was good.

By far the worst place I've ever worked.  Everybody, and I mean everybody, is absolutely miserable.  Nurses yell at each other, doctors yell at each other, doctors yell at nurses, doctors yell at patients, med surg nurses constantly refuse report and will call back down to the ED just to yell at you after the patient gets transported, ICU nurses refuse patients "because they're not stable", the ICU charge nurse was accusing the ED nurses of lying about vital signs, every patient is a sepsis workup because it makes HCA more money, the hospital accepts every transfer possible because money, they use the oldest worst version of meditech, and despite a state mandated 1:4 patient ratio there still was never enough staff to cover breaks.  Then you have the typical HCA internal audits, combing through every chart and making you come in early or stay late to finish whatever arbitrary charting they want you to do, they made the nurses, including me a traveller, audit their own triages every few months because they're too cheap to hire other people to do that.  They told me I was the first traveller in over a year who didn't break contract and leave early.

Typical HCA but worse.

Well compensated but poorly staffed. Lacks ancillary department resources. Extremely high leadership turnover with many travelers in leadership roles. Policy and practice outdated. Culture of distrust.
