Traveler friendly, flexible hours, flexible supervision, grateful for help, affordable cost of living, safe feeling town

Late 2024 external provider appears to be assessing & doing an overhaul of a lot

Pros

Extremely Travel Friendly. Mosy of the PCU Charge Nurses are amazing. Night Shift works together as a team.

Cons

Floating to ED. The staff there are not friendly or team-players with Floor/Unit staff.
