Great group of surgeons and staff!

What a cool place to work, there is a reason why most travelers extend here. The ratios are great, the co workers are so nice and for being a small hospital with limited resources they really truly try their best to make sure the nurses are happy and the patients get great care. They hold their nurses to a high standard, which comes through at the end product of good patient care :-)

I mean it’s in La Grande, if you don’t like the outdoors you are going to have a rough time. Side note I have heard that some of the doctors can be a bit ‘prickly’. I have had no incident of that myself. Every doctor has been very approachable and kind.
