Pros
Small town feel, only 4 OR’s. OR director actually helps out, is available and friendly. Charge nurse can be helpful at times. Educator is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable.
Cons
The house supervisors have no sense of urgency, nor do the 2 CRNA’s that handle call. It’s when they feel like getting there. GI physician loves to put an add on EGD, ERCP or Colo, between 4:45-5 but doesn’t show up until 6 ish. In other words, hurry up and wait, and wait and wait.
