The ICU is one of the most toxic work environment’s I Have ever worked in. The management constantly rewards bad behavior and bullying on the unit with leadership roles and responsibilities. They have zero guidance on nights and empower bullies to continue to do so. The management constantly talks down to employees and allows a negative work environment to continue to grow and fester.
