The ICU is one of the most toxic work environment’s I Have ever worked in. The management constantly rewards bad behavior and bullying on the unit with leadership roles and responsibilities. They have zero guidance on nights and empower bullies to continue to do so. The management constantly talks down to employees and allows a negative work environment to continue to grow and fester.

      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with recent circulating experience and an active PA or compact state license for a day shift role.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Position based in a hospital Operating Room setting</li><li>Covers a wide range of cases including general surgery, ortho, spine, and neuro</li><li>Circulating duties required</li><li>Day shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts (7:00-19:30)</li><li>9-10 call shifts per 13-week contract and 3-4 weekend call shifts, all 12 hours</li><li>Epic EMR experience required</li><li>Scrubs are provided</li><li>Must have not been employed by any Guthrie facility within the past year to be eligible</li><li>Role requires participation in call with specified weekend and weekday call shifts</li><li>Team-oriented environment with provided scrubs</li><li>Candidates must have experience in a fast-paced OR with a diverse surgical caseload</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active PA RN or compact RN license in hand at the time of application</li><li>BLS certification required</li><li>Minimum 2 years of prior OR RN experience</li><li>Experience with general surgery, ALIF, anterior cervical, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, XLIF, arthroscopy, fracture reduction, ortho/spine, spinal fusion, and TJR procedures</li><li>Circulating experience required</li><li>Epic charting experience required</li><li>Non-local candidates only (must reside at least 50 miles from the facility)</li><li>First time travelers are not accepted</li></ul>
