Parking could be much better. They make new employees park way off campus at the FDU Campus. Big inconvenience.

Julie is a great manager and Billy is a wonderful Asst Nurse manager/Charge Nurse.  It can get crazy, but when you have a great group of folks to work with, it makes it so much easier!!!

- Paying for parking (pay for so much as a traveler especially if your certifications plan to lapse during the assignment (the offer nothing for travelers to help) tolls to get to work, etc 
- Scheduling is terrible . You will NOT get to make your own schedule and may even work every other day . Like myself
- Terrible and unnecessary charting. Epic is fine . Just they way they chart is terrible 
- hospital is so old fashioned to me . And that’s me coming from Alabama . It’s kind of crazy 
- the people are nice though. That’s about it

Working nights or days you have to pay 8$ for parking except weekends. The respiratory environment is really busy and some don’t help you out. You really have to know how to time manage. My recruiter was terrible , he didn’t mention about parking and if he can reimburse me. It’s like every time I would ask something to take care of it will only benefit him. Work environment is insane there’s a lot of things that I feel like can jeopardize my license . 
Nurses have most of the respect and treat their RTs like crap. The pay isn’t what you work for. They need to pay at least 3,000 a week to help compensate for the workload you do there

If you like 9:1 ratios and hallway beds, this is place for you.

No patient ratios in the Emergency Room. You will have 13 patients regardless of how sick or critical they are. One tech on night shift for the whole ER.
