Pros
Most of the staff are helpful, teammate mentality, for the most part. Breaks and lunches are covered 98% of the time. Teaching hospital, so a lot is done by residents. Usually 3 to 1 ratio, but do have 4 to 1 areas. Gain a lot of skills and experience.
Cons
Management uses fear so employees submit. A lot of blaming. Very strict on the gel nails.
