      <p>American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Interventional Technologist with at least 2 years of IR procedural and scrubbing experience for a Cardiac Cath Lab assignment.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in a Cardiac Cath Lab performing invasive radiology procedures</li><li>Schedule is full-time, 4x12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM</li><li>On-call responsibility includes 1 weekend and 4 weekdays per month</li><li>May be required to float to a nearby sister hospital</li><li>Patient population involves cardiovascular cases and interventional radiology procedures</li><li>Experience with Siemens equipment and knowledge of CT spin is preferred</li><li>Utilizes PACS and RIS for imaging and documentation</li><li>Assist radiologist in performing complex invasive procedures, including preparation and operation of imaging equipment and physiological monitors</li><li>Prepare and administer prescribed contrast media, medications, and IV solutions</li><li>Perform duties using principles of radiation safety and quality assurance standards</li><li>Complete all required documentation in the medical record and radiology information system</li><li>Responsible for patient assessment and monitoring before, during, and after procedures</li><li>May assist with training of new staff or students</li><li>Must complete onsite online modules prior to start with a passing score</li><li>RTO requests must be discussed with management after assignment starts</li><li>Hospital follows a strict timeline for background check and drug screening processes</li></ul>
