      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist with current ARRT (R), BLS, and OR imaging experience to join a Level II trauma center team.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in a hospital Diagnostic Radiology department affiliated with a Level II trauma center</li><li>Responsibilities cover fixed and mobile radiographic imaging in settings such as inpatient, OR, and ER</li><li>Specialized procedures include neuro and vascular cases, percutaneous fusions, and O-Arm use</li><li>Four 10-hour shifts per week from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with every third weekend rotation</li><li>On-call required for weekends and midnight shifts</li><li>No blocked scheduling; schedule is not negotiable</li><li>Possibility to float to a nearby sister hospital</li><li>Perform diagnostic imaging according to physician orders and department protocols</li><li>Independently determine radiographic techniques, patient positioning, and safety practices</li><li>Explain procedures to patients, obtain appropriate histories, and monitor for adverse reactions during studies</li><li>May be required to select and administer IV contrast and provide immediate care for reactions</li><li>Follow radiation protection standards and infection control procedures</li><li>Participate in patient care activities to ensure safety, privacy, and comfort</li><li>Support onboarding and training of new hires or students as needed</li><li>Complete online onboarding modules with passing scores prior to start date</li><li>Team members are expected to demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and customer service values</li><li>RTO (Requested Time Off) must be disclosed at the time of consideration; post-offer RTO requests require manager discussion</li></ul>

      <ul><li>Active MI Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable</li><li>Minimum of 2 years radiology technologist experience</li><li>ARRT (R) and AHA-approved BLS certifications required</li><li>High school diploma or GED and completion of required continuing education hours</li><li>Demonstrated OR imaging experience with neuro, vascular, percutaneous fusions, and O-Arm procedures</li><li>Must be able to occasionally lift or move equipment and/or patients in excess of 10 lbs</li><li>COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory</li></ul>
