      <p>American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of Level I or II trauma and OR experience for an 18-week hospital assignment.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in a diagnostic radiology department serving ER, OR, and inpatient settings</li><li>Patient population includes both young and geriatric individuals</li><li>Assigned primarily to ER or OR and responsible for portable imaging</li><li>Utilizes GE, Carestream, OEC C-Arms, and Cerner systems</li><li>Shift is Monday through Friday from 1:00pm to 11:30pm with every other weekend required</li><li>No on-call required and no block scheduling</li><li>Potential to float to a nearby sister hospital</li><li>Performs radiologic procedures as ordered, prepares rooms and equipment, and ensures adherence to radiation protection standards</li><li>Responsible for patient education, exam preparation, and documentation in both medical and radiology information systems</li><li>May select and administer intravenous contrast media and monitor patient reactions</li><li>Expected to support and train new hires or students as needed</li><li>Completion of online training modules is required prior to assignment start</li><li>Must comply with hospital infection control and safety policies</li><li>Scrub attire as appropriate to the department required</li><li>All RTO (requested time off) must be disclosed up front; post-offer requests handled by management</li></ul>

      <ul><li>Active MI Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable</li><li>Minimum 2 years of radiology experience in a hospital, including Level I or II trauma and OR experience</li><li>ARRT certification in Radiography or registry-eligible with registration required within 6 months of hire</li><li>Current AHA BCLS certification required</li><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required</li><li>Experience using mobile X-ray, GE, Carestream, OEC C-Arms, and Cerner</li><li>Ability to occasionally lift and move more than 10 lbs</li><li>COVID-19 vaccination required</li></ul>

      <p>American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of recent trauma experience and ARRT certification for an assignment in a hospital diagnostic radiology department.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in a hospital-based diagnostic radiology department assigned to ER or OR areas</li><li>Care for both young and geriatric patient populations</li><li>Perform portable radiography and imaging procedures in various settings including IPD, OR, and ER</li><li>Utilize GE, Carestream, and OEC C-Arms equipment</li><li>Cerner is used for charting (Epic is not used)</li><li>5x8 hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday and every other weekend</li><li>No on-call or block scheduling required</li><li>Travelers may be required to float to a nearby sister hospital</li><li>Perform and explain imaging procedures, position patients for optimal imaging, and use independent judgment for radiographic techniques and safety</li><li>May administer intravenous contrast media and provide immediate care for reactions</li><li>Ensure radiation safety standards are met using ALARA principles</li><li>Assist with maintaining equipment and supplies, follow infection control practices, and complete required documentation in radiology and medical record systems</li><li>Support team by training new hires and students as needed</li><li>Must demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and respect for diversity</li><li>Orientation and online modules must be completed onsite before assignment starts</li><li>Personal scrubs required</li></ul>

      <ul><li>Current ARRT (RT) certification required or eligible (must obtain ARRT within 6 months if registry eligible)</li><li>Active MI license required if applicable</li><li>Current AHA BCLS certification</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of recent radiology technologist experience required</li><li>Level I or II trauma experience in an OR required</li><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>Ability to safely lift/move patients or equipment over 10 lbs as needed</li><li>Must complete online training modules with passing scores prior to start</li><li>COVID-19 vaccination is required</li></ul>
