From micro management to unsafe practices this small hospital has many flaws. The money is great but being told what and how to do your job every day is very taxing.  The staff in the lab are fabulous but other than that the rest of the hospital is very lacking. Patients who have not been bathed or had bedding changed in days come to the lab all the time. Performed many high risk pci without surgical backup, which goes against the policies of the hospital. Broken X-ray equipment still used during STEMI. The list goes on.
