Each floor has varying ratios for medsurg. The main floors in the tower are 1:4-5, the heart institute 4th floor is 1:6 (and has a lot of rapids, I wonder why), but then their 5th floor is only 1:4. Techs here know what is expected of them and they do their jobs well. Epic charting, plum pumps, Pyxis meds.
