Most of night shift is travelers. Most of staff is nice. Assignments aren't bad. Manager is nice. Hospital has public safety police(?) that are in vehicles around building.

ER is very busy. City/town of Harvey is really bad. Very poor, dangerous(i haven't had any issues), abandoned and burned down houses and building every where. I go to work and get out of Harvey. There is nothing to do in Harvey.
