Busy busy ER, however with the great resources and amazing flow, you don’t really notice it. 1:6 ratio with team nursing ( so kind of 1:3). You will get a lunch 99% of the time. The  1% you don’t is probably on you. They don’t allow OT for travelers, which was very disappointing.
