The Pelvic Health Physical Therapist is responsible for providing a full range of therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in a team environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards. The therapist shall also demonstrate accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible team fashion.

	<li>Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality therapy services for patients in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy.
	</li><li>Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
	</li><li>Maintains positive level of interaction with patients and co-workers.
	</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

	<li>Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
</li></ul>

Experience / Qualifications:

	<li>Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Florida
	</li><li>American Heart Association BLS certification for Health Care Providers
	</li><li>Pelvic Health Specialist Certifications
</li></ul>

The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for all patient care activities relating to nutrition. The clinical dietitian's duties include the assessment of the patient's nutrition requirements, the development and implementation of individualized nutrition care plans, along with the evaluation and monitoring of care using the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) evidence-based guidelines. 

Requirements:

	B.S. degree, Completion of an education program that meets the standards and is accredited by ACEND  through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

	Registration through the Commission of Dietetic Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Florida state license. 
	
	</li><li>
	Minimum 1-year acute-care hospital experience: Preferred
	
	</li><li>
	BLS or CPR: Required
	
	</li><li>
	0-1 years related work experience: Required
