Nice hospital, good people, but if you’re ICU, you’ll be floated a lot.

I was hired on 13week ICU travel nurse contract and spent a TOTAL of 24 hours in the ICU. Kaiser absolutely misrepresented the role they hired me for. I wish they would have hired me as ICU float pool even, that would have felt more honest.
