Kaiser double floats travelers.   That means you will have 5 patients in telemetry, do all the heavy work,  and then be floated back to the ICU to take a crashing patient.  If you're not of a certain nationality you will be discriminated and not given proper support by charge RNs of that nationality.  Dangerous for travel RNs and their patients.

      <p>American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience, including advanced hand therapy and pediatric skills, for a full-time day shift assignment.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Outpatient therapy setting</li><li>Assignments focuses on hand therapy and pediatric caseloads, with neuro experience preferred</li><li>Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM</li><li>13-week contract</li><li>EPIC EMR system is used at this location</li><li>Responsibilities include evaluating and providing occupational therapy treatments for hand and pediatric cases</li><li>Candidates must have active licensure and certifications at time of consideration</li><li>Local candidates are accepted and receive the same rate as travelers</li><li>Contingent workers cannot exceed two years of assignment without a 90-day break as per tenure policy</li><li>Candidates must be able to provide two references at time of consideration</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Current, active CA OT license required if applicable</li><li>Minimum 2 years of OT experience with hands-on skills</li><li>Experience with PAMs and advanced hand therapy required</li><li>Pediatric OT experience required; neuro experience is preferred</li><li>EPIC EMR experience preferred</li><li>Last 4 digits of SSN and DOB required for consideration</li></ul>
