Affordable housing in the area including Extended Stay with discount for my agency. The hospital has kind and hardworking employees. There’s 1-2 bad eggs but every hospital has them. The management team is responsive and reasonable. Overall it’s a great assignment with great pay. 👍🏽

Will float you sometimes 1-2 x per shift. Main hospital and staff is awesome, med surg 2E/W, 3E/W does not train you and will expect you to do everything staff does and sometimes will never break you. 🫠 if you can secure an ICU/ STEPDOWN only assignment, TAKE IT. 👍🏽 otherwise, be ready to work hard, frequently float, and be expected to chart with absolutely no approved OT.

Permanent staff treats you absolutely terrible and they don’t even know how to be good at their jobs in the first place. Scary work environment. No support
