Demonstrates leadership in applying the principles and tools of the Labor-Management Partnership. Basic Qualifications: Experience Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience in an acute care or ambulatory care/clinical setting within the last five (5) years. Minimum two (2) years of experience in scrubbing and circulating for Specialty posted. Education Graduate of accredited school of nursing. High school diploma or GED. License, Certification, Registration Registered Nurse License (Oregon) Basic Life Support Additional Requirements: Completion of Kaiser Permanente LMP Training prior to or upon hire. Demonstrates experience in clinical, leadership and team building skills. Able to type 20 words per minute. Demonstrates effective interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, time and conflict management skills. Willingness to learn computerized information systems. Demonstrates commitment to customer focused care. Demonstrates ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and within a dynamic work environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in mentoring and coaching clinical staff. Current or future bachelors degree in nursing or related field.
