Job Details:
• Work alternating weekly schedules: one week Monday-Friday, the other week Monday-Thursday 
• Primary shift hours 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with one day per pay period 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM 
• No weekend requirements 
• No holiday requirements 
• No call or standby requirements 
• 1 year of MRI experience preferred 
• Must be able to start IVs if possible (not a deal breaker if unable) 
• No floating or coverage of other areas required 
• Work with Siemens Altea equipment 
• Use Cerner charting system (transitioning to EPIC on 4/1) 
• 12-hour orientation completed on first day 
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT 
• Must pass drug screen for all panels 
• Cancellation policy allows 12 hours every 13 weeks without penalty 
• No specific scrub color or dress code requirements

 American Traveler is hiring a MRI Technologist for an acute care hospital MRI unit, requiring ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification and at least 1 year of MRI experience.
 
 <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
 <ul><li>Acute care hospital MRI unit</li><li>Uses Siemens Altea MRI equipment and Cerner EMR, with a transition to Epic planned</li><li>8-hour day shifts, primarily 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with one shift per pay period from 6:00 AM–2:30 PM</li><li>Alternating weekly schedule: Monday–Friday one week, Monday–Thursday the following week</li><li>No weekend or holiday requirements</li><li>No on-call or standby requirement</li><li>No floating to other departments required</li><li>Orientation is completed on the first day of assignment</li><li>The facility is a drug-free campus; a negative drug screen is required</li><li>No radius rule applies; however, candidates with a permanent address within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a local pay rate</li><li>No COVID vaccination requirement</li></ul>
