      <h2>Job Description</h2>
      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced Charge RN for a skilled nursing unit, requiring a current CA RN license and strong long-term care background.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)</li><li>Day shift schedule with four 10-hour shifts per week</li><li>Supervise CNAs, LVNs, RNs, and support staff</li><li>Care for long-term care residents in a SNF setting</li><li>Responsible for both direct nursing care and supervision of support staff</li><li>Communicate with physicians and healthcare team regarding changes in patient condition</li><li>Participate in Quality Improvement activities</li><li>Requires professional, respectful interaction with residents and multidisciplinary staff</li><li>Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care is expected</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active California RN license required</li><li>Minimum two years of experience in a long-term care facility</li><li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required</li><li>Working knowledge of Title 22, OBRA, and other relevant regulations</li><li>Experience with Electronic Medical Records is preferred</li><li>Must pass a nursing medical test</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written</li><li>Basic computer skills required</li></ul>
