 <ul><li>Work in a critical access hospital setting</li><li>Float between Medical-Surgical and Emergency Department units</li><li>Care for a mixed patient population requiring both med-surg and emergency nursing skills</li><li>12-hour variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Epic EMR is used and strong experience with this system is required</li><li>Will provide care as both a med-surg and emergency nurse as needed</li><li>Position is rapid response crisis and may require adaptation to changing patient care needs</li><li>Holiday and weekend coverage is expected</li></ul>
