I worked in the respiratory department as a traveler. I loved the people i worked with, night shift. There was some toxicity with day shift people but other than that the work load was fair, we usually have to go all over the hospital so its always busy for RT.

So many people who do not want to work their entire shift. They get away with it too. Manager doesn’t want to ruffle feathers so it doesn’t get addressed. Charge nurse that gets out of doing work when not in charge. All the work goes to the ones with actual work ethic.
