Everything You Want from as a Union Nurse with the Union
Good patient ratios (max 5:1 overnight; 4:1 in days and evenings but almost always 3:1) Good pay (meats and exceeds MNA rate), overtime structure is amazing (OT over 8 and 80), good bonus pay when picking up. Friendly environment Good acuity levels Only gripe: slow PTO accrual (but they say they are working on this to make it better).
