      <p>American Traveler is seeking a RN with at least 2 years of experience for a night shift PCU (stepdown/telemetry) position requiring ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in an acute care setting on a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with telemetry and stepdown responsibilities</li><li>Patient population includes stepdown-level acuity requiring advanced monitoring</li><li>12-hour night shifts with variable days</li><li>Charting is done using Cerner, with a transition to Epic underway</li><li>Assignment is 13 weeks in duration</li><li>8 hours of orientation provided at start</li><li>Local candidates within 80 miles are considered local and may have a reduced travel rate</li><li>Travelers may be required to float within the scope of their role</li><li>First-time travelers are accepted</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active WI or compact RN license required by start date</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in a progressive care or stepdown setting</li><li>Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications from AHA required</li><li>Two professional references: one supervisor within the last 12 months, and one peer or supervisor in the specialty within the last 3 years</li><li>Previous permanent staff must have separated from the facility for at least 6 months and require hospital approval to return</li></ul>
