Good MDs but a tough culture of burning promises

Some stage not even in managment control who is allowed to work. Very very difficult personalities mixed with amazing workers. The dynamics can change from day to day. I swirled hard while most the stag watched TV . I was paied well and suddenly it went to shit in a renewal because a sadder threatened to leave ( they have 4 full time staff and all others are per firm. ) a traveler. Sam person convinced them to eliminate a contract mid assignment causing the company to pay out t2 weeks he contract due to the promissory wording. .
