Pros
Unit is traveler friendly. The staff are pretty easy to work with. There are some really good CNA's and techs there. There is also a very solid group of Respiratory therapists who excel at what they do.
Cons
Heavy patient loads. Short staffed and there have been times when there are no techs, leaving nurses to do it all.
